HOA Purpose and Objective:
1. To coordinate and maximize efforts to make living in Bayside Village as pleasant, enjoyable and safe as possible. Toward this end, the HOA promotes and conducts appropriate social and recreational activities for the residents.2. Through its leadership structure, the HOA seeks to prevent or mediate problems which may arise between the landowners and the residents. The HOA provides a structure for monitoring legislation and for reviewing situations and conditions which might result in legal actions directed toward the best interests of the greater number.
3. To investigate and analyze the available opportunities to purchase the real property which makes up Bayside Village pursuant to California Civil Code MRH Law 798.80. Our HOA Board of Directors, and Committee Chairs and Committee Members encourage Bayside Villagers to contact us about any ideas or concerns you may have - we're here to be of service!

Heath Clarke - President
58 Saratoga
The President shall act as the presiding officer of the HOA and the Board of Directors, and shall appoint all committees.

Matt Vandermeer - First Vice President
214 Tremont
The First Vice President shall assume the responsibilities of the President during his absence or incapacitation. He shall coordinate the activities of and be ex-officio member of those committees designated by the President and shall otherwise assist the President.

Lynn Hackman - Second Vice President
23 Saratoga
The Second Vice President shall follow the First Vice President in succession to the interim responsibilities of the Presidency. She shall coordinate the activities of and be an ex-officio member of those committees designated by the President.

Judy Kane - Secretary
40 Saratoga
The Secretary shall keep all necessary records and correspondence, shall record the proceedings at all meetings and provide each member of the Board with a copy of the minutes.

Julie Jones - Treasurer
74 Princeton
The Treasurer shall receive and collect all moneys on behalf of the HOA and shall pay all proper bills of the HOA. The Treasurer shall also periodically render an accounting of finances.
