BULLETIN: 09/01: Next Event: Resident/Community Meeting at Northside Clubhouse at Saturday, September 6th. Join us at 8.30am for mimosas, coffee and donuts. Meeting starts at 9am and concludes by 10.30am. Learn about Bayside security, maintenance, and 2026 CapEx.

BULLETIN: 03/24: The floating crane you're seeing working on the west side of the marina is to remove seven marina pilons that are cracked. The work should take about two days. They're using a 'jetting' system to insert the new pilons, so it should be much quieter than the typical pile-driving method.

BULLETIN: 02/12: Reminder: City Council's presentation of the initial Castaways Aquatic Center is tonight at 5pm at the Community Room (that's the big one on the right), 100 Civic Center Dr, Newport Beach. Despite the rain, please try to attend so we can show the City that Bayside residents are interested stakeholders.

BULLETIN: 02/08: SAVE THE DATE! The City Council is holding a public meeting on the design of the upcoming Castaways Aquatic Complex development (occurring on the other side of the Back Bay, opposite the Northside Clubhouse). The meeting is this coming Wednesday, February 12 at 5:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Community Room (Newport Beach City Council Chambers, 100 Civic Center Dr, Newport Beach, CA 92660). Please attend in person if possible, to learn about this new development and provide input if you wish.

BULLETIN: 01/29: SCE advises there is a scheduled power outage to the Marina, Dry Storage Area, Southwind Kayak and Pearson's Port on Tuesday, February 25th from 10am to 1pm

BULLETIN: 01/16: The February 2025 Sea Breeze is now on the website - enjoy!

BULLETIN: 01/10: Management has advised that they are aware of a group of individuals periodically causing vandalism at the Northside Clubhouse late at night. Management has assured BVHOA that they are working on this issue, and ask the community to immediately call 949 673 1331 if you see ANYONE who you suspect is not a resident using our facilities. Management will promptly dispatch security to address the issue.

BULLETIN: 12/12: The 2025 Social Calendar has been created and is at the bottom of this page. Please contact the HOA via any contact form if you're interested in being a Party Planner!

BULLETIN: 11/22: SAVE THE DATE! The HOA is hosting a Christmas Happy Hour on Thursday, December 5th; 5pm at the NCH. We'll be emailing, distributing a flyer, and posting additional information here on the site in the next day or two.

BULLETIN: 11/22: The upcoming General Meeting (tentatively scheduled for Saturday 23rd) is being canceled since there are no material developments for us to report regarding the various projects occurring around the community. Once something happens, we'll set an update meeting for all.

BULLETIN: 11/17: Since the Event Chair was unfortunately unable to complete the project, the Christmas Luncheon has been taken of calendar. The HOA will work to find a replacement event (or perhaps several smaller events - tbd) in the New Year. We'll update everyone with the details once this takes shape.
