• July 4th, 2025

Our Independence Day celebration is just around the corner, and we need a Party Planner volunteer to spearhead the festivities! This event will feature all the things we love about the 4th of July - food, music, a parade, and fun activities for everyone. As the Party Planner, you’ll select entertainment, coordinate games and the parade, and ensure a fun day for all. If you love celebrating our country’s freedom and have a flair for planning memorable events, we’d love for you to take the reins on this exciting day. • Christmas Happy Hour

We're looking for a volunteer to lead the planning and coordination of our Christmas Happy Hour (from 4pm-8pm)! As the Party Planner, you’ll organize the decorations, select the menu, and arrange the entertainment so everyone has a merry time! Your leadership will help bring the holiday spirit to life, so if you have a passion for spreading cheer and are eager to make this holiday season extra special, please contact us on the form below!

• Community Emergency Response Team (CERT): Zone Captains needed

Learn how to protect yourself, your family, and your neighbors in the event of a disaster by joining our award winning CERT team as a Zone Captain! There are 16 zones throughout the community. During an emergency, Zone Captains identify their Bayside Village neighbors' well-being and assist as needed. Read more about CERT HERE
